Our new skin clinic is by appointment only and the waiting area is for booked clients . An online booking portal is available to book your service or consultation .Gloves and masks are provided depending on service .
High sanitation is performed daily to protect our clients and employees.
If you're systematic and not feeling well please reschedule your appointment for a later date.
A consent form and a consultation will be required prior to your service .
We do not provide any therapeutic services to
under 18 years of age .
Except for Acne Treatments and Laser, some conditions apply and parental or legal guardian consent and must be present during treatments . Contact us by email for details and not equipped to have small children or infants present while services are being rendered .

NO SHOWS
In respect to our technicians and others cancellations are
24hrs notice by email text or phone message . A credit card or
e-transfer payment of 50% of the service price will be required prior to booking your next appointment . NO SHOWS for Medical Services a pre-payment of $50 down of your service cost will be required the amount will be subtracted from your invoice ,

NO REFUND POLICY
No refund policy on services or retail products a credit will be issued to your account at the value paid , if your condition(s) changes and you're not able to have a specific treatment going forward . Please advise our clinic prior so we may proceed with a credit on your file.

CLIENT CONDUCT
Harassment or defamation of character will not be tolerate on or off our premises if so , we will contact the proper authorities or legal services.
